Refund Processing

  • Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 business days from the date of refund approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • No-show by the traveler.
  • Partially utilized services.
  • Last-minute cancellations that fall within non-refundable periods.
  • Services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings

Any modification to a confirmed booking may be subject to additional charges depending on the policies of the respective service providers.
