Planning our holiday to Singapore with Dream holidays was truly a dream. She ensured that we faced no hassle with the planning. Designed our itinerary exactly as per our needs and made sure that our package was inclusive of everything. No extra expenses except for the personal expenses in shopping etc that one would incur. The trip was safe and meticulously planned. We had a gala time and will surely plan all our trips with Dream holidays.  

Our Singapore trip was a very memorable one. It was custom organised by Mrs. Poonam Shetty. Our good experience started as we cleared our immigration and came out of the airport, our car driver was very pleasing and helpful. The Hotel was awesome and the staff, and service were excellent. Breakfast was a buffet and it too was very good. The local site seeing trip was a tremendous experience as our car driver Mr. Vanan was a very pleasing, helpful, trustworthy guy. He used to take care of us like his own family. We didn’t realise our seven-day trip finished so fast with a lot of happiness. When we decided to go for a tour and selected ” Dream Holiday” as our tour operator, Dream Holidays has taken all efforts to organise and gave us a tremendous lifetime experience of travel stay and everything. Mrs. Poonam is a very good tour operator with vast knowledge of the country, place, local sightseeing areas, and local food joints that serve yummy food. Our itinerary was organised so well by her. Now we realise why we need a tour operator like Dream Holidays. Only “DREAM HOLIDAYS “ can offer you the best.  

The flight and handling of my arrival and departure at the airport went very smoothly. Hotel and accommodations were as expected in each city. Our English speaking tour guides were knowledgeable and informative. The car was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the extra care given to us by Mr. Murkesh, our driver. Might I suggest that name tags for your representatives would be helpful. It would help to not only identify them but also aid in the pronunciation and recall of the individual’s names. Being greeted upon arrival at the hotel by your representative would assist in alleviating any confusion. This is the second time I have taken this exact trip so I had the advantage of knowing what to expect. Unlike in Delhi and Agra, no representative was seen in Jaipur, only the tour guide showed up. All in all, I would definitely recommend this excursion and your company to future travelers.  

The trip was a memorable one and the patience with which my trip package was handled is much appreciated and very professional. My trip queries were addressed smoothly and the cost break up was managed very well. On a side note, The flight timings – hotel food timings adjustment can be better. Overall I have had a great experience associating with Dream Holidays. Keep up the good work 🙂  

We just got back from our 5 days trip to Srilanka which was undoubtedly the best experience we have had. This trip will always be remembered and cherished. We were greeted at the Airport by our guide, Sunil, with a big smile on his face. He is so far the best guide we have met. He’s full of knowledge and always has answers to our questions. He made sure he fulfilled all our wishes, may it be our sudden urge to drink tender coconut water in the middle of the night or to go to some other place which was not the part of itinerary. The country really has so much to offer – breathtaking nature, amazing beaches, beautiful wildlife, interesting historical and religious places, tasty food, good choice of accommodation to suit all budgets. We visited most of the important places in Srilanka- Elephant orphanage, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ravana Falls, Ravana caves, white river rafting, Bentota Beach, water sports, Colombo city tour. We had to leave this beautiful country with a heavy heart. We wish we stayed longer. Thank you Dream Holidays for this unforgettable experience and for scheduling things in the right way. We are grateful for the advice you gave us in regards to choice of places and hotels. That did help us a lot. We will surely book our future trips with Dream Holidays and would recommend the same to our friends and family. Wish you all the success.

For Phuket, Thailand trip, the arrangements were done very well. Since we had already booked the hotel, Dream Holidays was kind enough (other agencies refused) to handle other logistics. The tour pickup and drop were on time, drivers were well coordinated. Tickets at all relevant places were booked beforehand. Ad-hoc customizations like longer time at certain places were accommodated. Thank you for an exciting experience for a first-time visitor to Thailand.
