The holy city of Pushkar beckons with its sacred lake and vibrant markets, while the stunning Jain temples of Ranakpur showcase intricate marble craftsmanship.
Itinerary
Your Pathway to Unforgettable Experiences
Day 1: Arrive Rajasthan
On arrival at Jaipur airport/railway station you will be transferred to your hotel in Jaipur. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 2: Jaipur
This morning you will proceed for the sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting the fabulous Amer Fort, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. visit the ‘Palace of Winds’, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal. Later you will visit the City Palace.The City Palace, which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and other buildings, is a palace complex in Jaipur. Later return back to the hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.(B)
Day 3: Jaipur - Biknar(Approximate 334 kms / 6 hours)
This morning you will proceed to Bikaner. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Later proceed for half day city tour of Bikaner visiting Junagarh Fort, one of the most interesting forts in Rajasthan, with its sumptuously decorated interiors. Built in 1588 by Raja Rai Singh it is unusual in the sense that it was one of the few major forts of Rajasthan that was not built on a hilltop. Instead, it was built on the desert plains; its rugged sandstone bastions and graceful pavilions and balconies are silhouetted against the sky. Overnight at the hotel in Bikaner (B)
Day 4: Biknar - Jaisalmer ( Approximate 336Kms - 6 hours 15 minutes)
Today after breakfast drive to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer – a fairytale town in the Thar Desert. On arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer. (B)
Day 5: Jaisalmer
This morning proceed to City tour of Jaisalmer, Jaisalmer Fort, Jaisalmer Havelis, , Bara Bagh and Sam Sand Dunes. Later in the evening, you will be back to the hotel in Jaisalmer. Overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer. (B)
Day 6: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur(Approximate 283 kms / 5 hours20 minutes)
This morning you will be transferred to Jodhpur ,the city also known as the Blue City as well as the Sun City. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Later visit Mehrangarh Fort Sukh Mahal, Phool Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal. Also visit Sardar Bazaar and Clock Tower markets where you can see the vegetable, spice, Indian sweets, and textile and silver markets. Overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur. (B)
Day 7: Jodhpur-Ranakpur - mount Abu (Approximate 316 kms / 7 hours)
After breakfast proceed to Mount Abu en route visiting Ranakpur which is the largest Jain temple complex in India and dates to the 15th century. The main temple is dedicated to Adinath, the frst Tirthankar. Later continue to drive to Mount Abu; Arrive Mount Abu and transfer to your hotel. Mt. Abu is the highest point of the Aravalli Range passing through Rajasthan. The only hill resort of Rajasthan, it is built around a lake and is surrounded by forested hills. Later proceed for city tour of Mount Abu. Visit the breath taking Dilwara temples, among the fnest examples of Jain architecture with their superb marble carving. Also, visit Nakki Lake, and see the strange rock formations around it including Toad Rock. The Achalgarh fort has the famous Achaleshwar temple and also provides superb views of the area. Overnight at the hotel in Mount Abu.(B)
Day 8: mount Abu - udaipur (Approximate 163 kms / 3 hours 30 minutes)
This morning you will be transferred to Udaipur – known as “City of Lakes” and “Venice of the East”. On arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Udaipur. (B)
Day 9: Udaipur
Today after breakfast proceed for half day city tour of Udaipur – visiting the City Palace and Museum. The largest palace complex in India, it is a blend of Mughal and Rajput infuences. Also, see the 17th century Jagdish temple, drive around the Fatehsagar Lake, and visit the Sahelion ki Bari (the Garden for the Maids of Honour), an ornamental pleasure garden with fountains and marble kiosks. Later visit the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir or the Folk Art Museum.Later in the evening take a boat ride on the 4 km long and 3 km wide Lake Pichola, which is fringed with hills, palaces, havelis, ghats, embankments and temples and ofers spectacular views of the city. Visit the Jag Mandir Island with its exquisite Gul Mahal Pavilion. Overnight at the hotel in Udaipur. (B)
Day 10: Udaipur-chittorgarh-Ranthambore (Approximate :417kms/8hours)
This morning drive to Ranthambore en route visiting Chittorgarh said to have been originally built by Bhim, one of the Pandavas, Rana Kumbha’s palace and Fateh Prakash Palace. Visit the 37m high Jaya Stambh (Tower of Victory) built by Rana Kumbha to commemorate his victory over Khiljis of Malwa in 1440. Also Visit the 22 m high Keerti Stambh or Tower of Fame, dedicated to Adinath and decorated with fgures of various Jain Tirthankaras. Later continue to drive to Ranthambore; Arrive Ranthambore and transfer to your hotel. The park is one of the fnest tiger reserves in the country where more visitors spending a couple of nights are likely to spot one of these majestic animals, The Royal Bengal Tiger. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Ranthambore. (B)
Day 11: Ranthambore
Today day is free at leisure one can enjoy the Game Drive on direct payment basis into the Park where your naturalist will talk to you about the wildlife found in this Park. Ranthambhore National Park is probably the best place in the world to see wild tigers and is the only dry deciduous tiger habitat in the world. In game drive, your naturalist will help you explore the park in the search of The Royal Bengal Tiger. Overnight at the hotel in Ranthambore. (B)
Day 12: Ranthambore - Depart Jaipur( Approximate 163kmr / 4 hours 30minutes)
Today after breakfast proceed to Jaipur Airport / Railway Station to board your flight/train for onward journey to your next destination. (B)
