Many cities and regions host festivals and events throughout the year. Examples include Mardi Gras in New Orleans, the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, and music festivals like Coachella in California. The USA’s tourism industry caters to a wide range of interests and preferences. Keep in mind that the United States is a vast country, so planning your itinerary and accommodations in advance is essential for a successful trip.

Itinerary

Your Pathway to Unforgettable Experiences

 

Day 1: ARRIVE NEW YORK

“Welcome to the ‘Big Apple,’ the ‘City That Never Sleeps.’ New York is a city known for its superlatives, being America’s largest, most exciting, a hub for both business and culture, and a trendsetter for the nation. For over a century, it has stood as one of the world’s primary centers for commerce and finance. Upon your airport arrival, you will be provided with transportation to your New York hotel, where you will stay overnight.”

Day 2: NEW YORK HOP ON HOP OFF TOUR

“After breakfast, our day begins with a Hop-On Hop-Off tour. This tour will feature a visit to one of the USA’s most iconic landmarks, the ‘Statue of Liberty.’ We will embark on a ferry ride to Liberty Island, providing us with a breathtaking view of the New York City skyline. Following this, we’ll enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime vista from the One World Observatory at the World Trade Center. Later in the day, our journey will take us through Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Central Park, Times Square, the United Nations, and the Trump area. You will spend the night at your New York hotel.”

Day 3 : New York - Washington

“Make your way to the bus station independently this morning. Upon arrival in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States of America, you’ll be introduced to its historic neighborhoods and monuments. In addition to being the seat of the federal government, Washington, D.C. is a major player in the tourism industry, drawing nearly twenty million visitors annually. Upon reaching your destination, make your own way to the hotel. After your check-in, take some time to relax and unwind at your leisure. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel in Washington.”

Day 4: WASHINGTON HOP ON HOP OFF TOUR

“Following breakfast, your day will be dedicated to discovering the capital of the United States. You’ll have the opportunity to visit prominent landmarks such as the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, the Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, the Pentagon, and the Washington Monument. Your overnight accommodation will be at the Washington hotel.”

Day 5: WASHINGTON - BUFFALO – USA SIDE NIAGARA FALLS - NIAGARA

“Take your own flight to Buffalo and then proceed to Niagara Falls, renowned as one of the world’s natural wonders. Check into your hotel, refresh, and explore the local shops for souvenir shopping. In the evening, return to your hotel, or if you wish, you can also independently visit the casinos. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel in Niagara.”

Day 6: NIAGARA - VISIT THE FAMOUS USA SIDE NIAGARA FALLS

“Today, we will embark on the renowned ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat, which offers a close-up experience of the roaring falls and a seasonal voyage around the American and Horseshoe Falls. Explore the ‘Cave of the Winds’ and return to the hotel to freshen up after your exhilarating boat ride. In the evening, you can also independently visit the beautifully illuminated falls. Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel in Niagara.”

Day 7: DEPART NIAGARA

“Today marks the conclusion of our journey as we prepare to depart for our return home or our next destination.”

Inclusion:

  • Two night’s accomodation in New York at Suggested hotels or Similar.
  • Two night’s accomodation in Washington at Suggested hotels or Similar.
  • Two night’s accomodation in Niagara at Suggested hotels or Similar.
  • Daily breakfast except day 01.
  • New York Hop on Hop off tour.
  • Washington D.C Hop on Hop off tour.
  • New York – Washington transfer by Greyhound Bus
  • Entrance Tickets of Statue of Liberty, One World Observatory (World Trade Center), Maid of the Mist.
  • Return airport transfers on Seat In Coach basis.
  • Niagara Airport – Hotel transfer on Seat in Coach basis.

Exclusion:

  • International & Domestic Airfare.
  • Visa.
  • Travel Insurance.
  • VUSA Air Tickets & baggage charges.
  • GST of 5% on total package cost.
  • Porterage, tip to drivers and waiters.
  • Incidental Charges Must be paid by clients

Note:

  • All rates are based on minimum 2 Pax travelling together at all tours.
  • Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
  • Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
  • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
  • You must carry a valid credit card and government issued photo I.D. with you all the time
  • No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
  • We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
  • Hotel check in times are 4 pm and check out times are 11 am.
  • Please note hotel prices are subject to availability and prices may be higher during peak season. Prices are a close estimation but are not guaranteed until booked. There will be a surcharge for weekday stay in Washington and there will be a surcharge for May-August stay in New York and Niagara.
